A review at FBI Headquarters of newspaper articles published regarding captioned matter revealed a list of individuals who have been quoted or referred to as having knowledge of the RYMUR assault or the alleged Peoples Temple assassination squad. This list has been compared with the headquarter’s list of individuals known to have been interviewed by the FBI. Based upon the information available at headquarters, there is no

record of interview the following individuals who are potential witnesses in the United States:

Robert Flick, NBC producer, Los Angeles;
Charles A. Krause, reporter[,] Washington Post;

Individuals who may have knowledge regarding Peoples Temple conspiracy:

Hue Fortson, San Francisco, California, currently a member of Peoples Temple;
Don Freed, San Francisco, California, San Francisco associate of Mark Lane;
Doctor Carlton Goodlet [Goodlett], Berkeley, California, Reverend Jones’ personal physician;
Sherwin Harris, San Francisco, California, member of Concerned Relatives and ex-husband of Sharon Amos killed at Jonestown;
Kathy Hunter, Ukiah, California, reporter for the Ukiah Daily Journal, assaulted while investigating Peoples Temple;
Wanda Jackson, Berkeley, California, former member of Peoples Temple having information regarding “hit squad;”
Nelma Jones, San Francisco, California, member of Concerned Relatives in Guyana;

Vicki Moore, San Francisco, California, former high official in Peoples Temple reported to have information on assassination squad of peoples Temple as quoted in Los Angeles Harold Examiner, November 22, 1978;
Holly Morton, Berkeley, California, former Peoples Temple member with information regarding assassination squad currently at Human Freedom Center.
Reg Murphy, San Francisco, California, editor and publisher of San Francisco Examiner. Recipients of threats from Peoples Temple while attempting to publish unfavorable articles;
Joyce Parks, San Francisco, California, current Peoples Temple member who did medical work in Guyana but not in

Julie Smith, San Francisco, California, reporter of San Francisco Chronicle previously threatened by Peoples Temple in attempts to publish unfavorable articles;
Rosalie Wright, San Francisco, California, New West magazine executive reportedly threatened by Peoples Temple in attempts to publish articles critical of Peoples Temple;

Receiving offices should review the above list and assured that interviews are conducted of the above individuals.

In addition, San Francisco should ensure that the appropriate officials of San Francisco Examiner are contacted in order to obtain any and all available photographs taken by newsmen Greg Robinson and Tim Reiterman, depicting events immediately prior, during, and following the attack on Congressman Ryan.
