Serial 719

Editor’s note: Serial 719 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 784, the text of which may be found here. The difference between the two are that:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• The duplicate includes a handwritten note at the head of the text: “By 12-2-78 tel. ME [Memphis] advised”
• The duplicate deletes two additional words from the already heavily-redacted original.
