Serial 724

Editor’s note: Serial 724 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 581, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• The duplicate also strikes through the instructions to FBI field offices in the final three paragraphs of text on page 10.
• The two pdfs have slight variations in withheld text, although the differences are not substantive.
