[deleted name], Special Consular Services, State Department, Washington, D. C., advised this date that three survivors from Guyana will arrive in Miami, Florida, via ALM [KLM] Airlines at 1:30 P.M., EST. State Department advises that Royal Dutch Airlines (ALM) Flight 942 will depart Georgetown, Guyana, and will become ALM Flight 971 at arrival Miami, Florida.

The following individuals reportedly will be aboard the flight:

1. Johnny Franklin, Sr., DOB [withheld], Florida, passport

number [withheld], issued 7/26/78 at San Francisco, California.

2. Robert B. Paul, DOB 11/3/45, California, passport number J 069549 issued 1/10/78, New Orleans.

3. Richard Clark, DOB 10/16/36, Mississippi, passport number H 998457 issued 4/27/77, San Francisco, California.

State Department has advised that they are coordinating with Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) regarding providing for personal necessities of returning survivors. Miami coordinate locally with HEW and U.S. Secret Service. If Secret Service desires, joint interviews of returning survivors may be conducted. No further information regarding survivors or their itineries [itineraries] available at this time. Miami refer to Bureau teletype to all offices dated 12/1/78 in which suggested areas of interview are set forth. Miami Sutel results of interviews and follow with FD-302’s for FBI HQ, Brooklyn Queens MRA, and San Francisco.
