PT attorney Charles Garry advised this date that he had filed in California State Court a petition for court decree to dissolve the People’s Temple Disciple [Disciples] of Christ Corporation. The petition requests instruction from the court on how to handle the dissolvement and held the dispursement [disbursement] of assets.

A conference was held with San Francisco District Attorney’s investigators and information exchanged. To this point, neither San Francisco FBI or San Francisco District Attorney has any solid evidence of a crime being committed by members of the PT other than RYMUR.
