On instant date, [name withheld] was contacted at [address withheld], Compton, California, and advised that she was not the relative of Sylvester Clarence Fair. [name withheld] indicated that Fair was a previous tenant at the [deleted] address and she has been residing there since 1976. [name withheld] could furnish no additional information re to their whereabouts of any relatives of Fair.
Inquiry at Compton post office re change of address of Fair was negative.
