For information of Newark, the following members of Peoples Temple (PT) commune at Jonestown arrived at JFK International Airport, Pan Am flight 228, approximately 7:30 PM, December 3, 1978: Dawn Gardfrey; Beatrice Grubbs; Ruby Johnson; Dianne Rozynko; Yolanda Mitchell; Jakari Wilson (child); Versie Perkins; Leslie Wilson; Andrea Walker; and Le Flora Townes.

Pan-American security office advised BQMRA December 3, 1978, that due to security problems aboard airplane the airplane’s

pilot refused to allow a number of other members of PT onto airplane.

BQMRA in receipt of telephone call from [name deleted], a passenger on Pan American Airlines flight 228, who advised that PT members have plans to regroup in the United States and are definitely anti government.
