Re Los Angeles teletype to the Bureau dated December 5, 1978.
Referenced teletype set forth interview of Juanell Smart at her residence, 2001 South Haster, Anaheim, California. It has since come to the attention of the Los Angeles office that Juanell Smart was married at one time to [name deleted] [David Wise].
Smart was recontacted on December 7, 1978 and questioned as to the whereabouts of [David Wise]. She advised that her marriage was annulled on February 13, 1978, at Sacramento, California. She last saw [Wise] in June 1976 in Denver, Colorado, while she was en route to Guam. She had no idea where [Wise]

could be contacted and, in fact, requested that if the FBI locates him to give him her unlisted telephone number so that she can speak with him.
