On December 8, 1978, AUSA [Assistant US Attorney], San Francisco, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Frederick J. Woelflen and moved that complaint filed November 24, 1978, Magistrate’s Docket 3-78, case number 2135MF, charging Bob Kice, Tom Kice, Joe Wilson, Albert Touchette, Ron James, Eddy Crenshaw, Ron Tally [Talley], and Wesley Bridenbach [Breidenbach], with violation Title 18, Section 351 (A) and (D), heretofore sealed, to be opened and charges dismissed. U.S. Magistrate unsealed complaint, dismissed charges, and withdrew warrants at 10:15 AM on December 8, 1978.
