[Name and address deleted] confidentially advised the People Temple, San Francisco, California, has been in telephonic contact with [name deleted], Charlotte Baldwin, Richmond, IN. Peoples Temple, San Francisco, has forwarded $4000 to [name deleted] to defray burial expenses concerning James Warren Jones and Marcelina [Marceline] Jones. [name deleted] further advised an individual representing himself as Charles Gary [Garry], an attorney for Peoples Temple, had been a telephonic contact with Charlotte Baldwin and stated that he did not want James Jones, Tim Jones, adopted sons of James Warren Jones, or Stephanie Jones, the 14-year-old daughter of Agnes Jones or other members of the Peoples Temple to be interviewed by the FBI or other government agencies locally or in New York City. He desired all interviews of

individuals returning to the U.S. be conducted in San Francisco. He intends to be in New York City for the purpose of preventing interviews being conducted.
