Re Miami teletype to the Bureau December 6, 1978
The following information is furnished in addition to that in re teletype:
During interview with Richard Clark, he displayed a piece of paper bearing the name Marie Bockelman, San Francisco, [name deleted] and name Juanita Bogue. Clark was unable to fully explain the relationship of the above, but stated he believes Bogue “escaped” Jonestown when Ryan assassinated. Bockelman possibly a friend or relative of Bogue.
It is noted BQMRA advised Miami that [name deleted]

interviewed at New York on December 3-4, 1978, stated one Mary Lee [Marilee] Bogue reportedly administrated shots to some victims at Jonestown.
Above finished for any action deemed appropriate by San Francisco.
