Re Bureau teletype to Newark, December 1, 1978; and Indianapolis teletype to Bureau, December 5, 1978.

[Name deleted], (protect identity), [address deleted], telephone [deleted], was interviewed with regard to the questions contained in referenced Bureau teletype. [Name deleted] requested that her identity be protected in view of her fear of personal harassment.

[Name deleted] could provide no information with regard to questions number 1. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12 [13], 14, 17 and 18 contained in referenced communication.

With regard question 7, [Name deleted] stated that at the time she left the Peoples Temple in August, 1973, an inner-core council which was called the Board and which had been formed in 1971, was the governing council of the Peoples Temple. [Name deleted] furnished the following names of individuals who are members of

the board:

Archie Ijames; Larry Layton; Carolyn Layton; Karen Layton; Linda Amos; Jack Beam; Tim and Grace Stone [Stoen]; Mike Cartmell; Suzanne Jones – daughter of Jim Jones; and Lynn [likely Lynetta] Jones.

In response to question number 15, [Name deleted] advised that her affiliation with the Peoples Temple began in 1967 and in August of 1973, she left the Peoples Temple because of drastic changes and has avoided contact with all individuals involved in the Peoples Temple since that time.
