Referenced communications requested an investigation at University of California Medical School, Irvine, California, regarding Lawrence [Laurence] Eugene Schacht. Dr. Stanley vann den Noort, Dean, Medical School, contacted this date. Vann den Noort indicated he would cooperate fully and had no reluctance to provide information re Schacht but stated he could not do so either from interview or availability of record in absence of subpoena. Vann den Noort said he has no personal information and information in his possession is limited to Schacht’s administrative file
