Enclosed for the Bureau are two (2) copies each of three FD-302s reflecting interviews with Richard Clark, Robert Bob Paul, and [deleted name] [Johnny Franklin], at Miami, Florida, 12/5/78. The three are Peoples Temple (PT) members and return to the United States from Guyana on that date.

Enclosed for BQMRA are two (2) copies each of the above FD-302s.

Enclosed for New Orleans are two copies of one FD-302 reflecting the interview with Robert Bob Paul. The Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitation advised Paul intends to return to New Iberia, Louisiana, and leads maybe set forth for New Orleans in the future to re-interview Paul.

Enclosed for San Francisco are the originals and two copies each of the above FD-302s. Also enclosed for San Francisco are the original interview notes from the above interviews.

Enclosed for Tampa are two copies of one FD-302 reflecting the interview with [Johnny Franklin]. The Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services has advised [Franklin] may visit Orlando, Florida, for an extended period. Leads may be set forth in the future for [Franklin] to be reinterviewed.
