Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services has advised Paul intends to travel to New Iberia, Louisiana, to join his sister, [name deleted], telephone [deleted]. Paul is Negro male, born November 3, 1945, Jefferson Island, Louisiana, 6’2” tall, 157 pounds, SSAN 438-66-3502.
