Referenced Dallas teletype indicates Dallas source, [name deleted] [Faith Kice], has named persons on Peoples Temple (PT) hit list as of 1973 as being then President Richard M. Nixon, then Vice President Spior [Spiro] T. Agnew, then U.S. Representative Gerald R. Ford, Reverend Lester Kinsolving, Tim Stoen, Marshall Kilduff, Phil Tracey [Tracy].

Referenced Dallas call to San Francisco disclosed that Nixon,

Spiro Agnew and Ford have been advised by US Secret Service of potential threats. US Secret Service, Dallas, was also advised of this information.

Referenced Dallas telephone call also reflected that Stoen and Kilduff are being advised by FBI San Francisco and that Tracey is being advised by FBI Los Angeles. In view of [name deleted] personal contact with FBI HQ, per referenced Dallas call to FBI HQ, it is requested that FBI HQ advise [name deleted] of threat.
