1) Secretary-Steno Mary Dell Humphrey departing Georgetown via Pan Am flight 228 at 1:00 pm December 6, 1978, arriving NYC 6:30 pm. Will depart NYC via National flight 491 at 8:15 pm. She will be carrying evidence as previously advised to FBIHQ. Request NYC meet and assist and at FBIHQ have agent meet National flight to pick up evidence for FBIHQ and deliver Miss Humphrey to home of legat at 6804 Dante Court, Springfield, where she may be reached at telephone 451-8864.

2) Miss Humphrey holds return ticket to Georgetown on December 9, 1978, which should allow ample time for processing of film on Thursday and Friday without calling in night crews.

3) FBIHQ requested to make one copy of cassette and give to Al Nicholas for transmittal to State Department, Mark Feldman, Deputy Legal Advisor.
