Arizona Department of Public Safety provided the Phoenix FBI with two letters from officials in the Black Muslims dated May, 1976, pointing out the fact that on May 23, 1976, the Black Muslims and Reverend Jim Jones were joining forces to cosponsor the largest community religious fellowship in the history of the West Coast. This was to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center at Pico and Figueroa streets in Los Angeles, California. Phoenix is advising the Bureau and San
