Re Dallas teletype to San Francisco and Sacramento December 14, 1978.

On December 14, 1978, subpoenaed duces tecum served by Dallas agent on [name deleted] [Faith Kice] directing her to appear before a federal grand jury, San Francisco California, on December 20, 1978. [Kice] refused to make any additional statement to interviewing agent. [Kice] indicated she is represented by a San Francisco, California attorney and that documentary evidence in her possession is currently in possession of “several writers” at an undisclosed location.

[Kice] indicated she would obtain documentary evidence and have same for her appearance before FGJ, San Francisco.

On December 14, 1978, [name deleted] located and after consultation with attorney, consented to be interviewed by Dallas FBI and USSS [United States Secret Service], Dallas, Texas, at 1:00 PM, CST, at Dallas office FBI.

Sacramento discontinue lead to recontact [name deleted] as contained in re teletype.

Dallas will furnish results of interview [name deleted] to interested offices.

Armed and dangerous; suicidal tendencies.
