An individual who identified herself as [Name deleted] was interviewed at John F. Kennedy International Airport with [one line deleted] was advised the identities of the interviewing agents, Secret Service Agents [names deleted], and Special Agents [names deleted], Federal Bureau of Investigation.
[Name deleted] advised she is the mother of [Name deleted] who is believed dead and the mother-in-law of [Name deleted] both Peoples Temple (PT) members along with their three-year-old son, [Name deleted].
[Name deleted] spoke to [Name deleted] about one month ago by ham radio and was scheduled to visit her son on December 25, 1978, around the Christmas holidays. She purchased her ticket one week ago last Saturday and wrote and advised her son she was coming to Jonestown.
[Name deleted] further advised she had no affiliation with the PT except through her relatives. She had two sisters in Jonestown, [Name deleted] and [Name deleted], and her son, [Name deleted] are the only survivors of her relatives.
[Name deleted] advised she last saw [Name deleted] in August of 1977 and he only told her he was working with sick people in Jonestown. He was in Guyana approximately one year, but was in the PT in California.

[Name deleted] advised in closing that she never talked with any of her relatives about the PT and had no reason to believe that anything such as what happened would happen. She came to the airport to reunite with [one line deleted], who she thought needed physical and moral support.
