[First line identifying Carol Houston Boyd deleted] was recontacted at the Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Spring, Maryland. At this time [Carol Boyd] surrendered the tape recording which had been prepared by [her father] Robert Houston, Sr., to be delivered to Patricia and Judy Houston at Jonestown, Guyana. This tape also contains a recording of a message prepared by Patricia and Judy Houston, which was intended for delivery to Mr. Houston. Additionally, [Carol Boyd] advised that she was in possession of a roll of 35mm professional film, which would contain photographs that she had taken while visiting in Guyana, including some which were taken at the Jonestown compound. [Carol Boyd] surrendered this film to SA [name deleted].
