On December 15, 1978, investigator Kevin Ford, San Francisco District Attorney’s
Office, advised he had been contacted by a Mrs. (FNU) [first name unknown] [name deleted]. [name deleted] gave her address of box [deleted], Alto, Michigan. [name deleted] stated that there was a home for young boys run by [name deleted] in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She further stated that due to great controversy concerning this home, [name deleted] had traveled with many of these young boys to the Dominican Republic and had subsequently sent for additional boys.

Leads: Detroit. At Alto, Michigan. Contact [name deleted] to determine if this home for boys is in any way connected with the People’s Temple (PT) in San Francisco. If this is established, appropriate leads in Grand Rapids, Michigan should be set up by Detroit.
