Re identification of victims.
On December 16, 1978, [name deleted], Ventura, California, advised two of his nephews were in Jonestown, Guyana. He advised that he was the uncle of [name deleted], white male, age 10, and [name deleted], white male, age 13, and as far as he knew, they had not been identified at Jonestown. They were treated at the University Medical Center, San Francisco, California, telephone (415) 666-4225 for dental work.
On December 18, 1978, Dr. Larry Mansbach, Pediatrician, Santa Barbara Medical Clinic, Santa Barbara, California,

advised that he had treated Aurora Stewart, white female, date of birth September 17, 1967, and Terry Stewart, white male, date of birth March 21, 1969. They were taken to Jonestown, Guyana, by their grandmother, Aurora Rodriguez. Terry Stewart was treated in September 1975 by Mansbach and received five stitches on the lip. In addition, he repaired the left little finger on Terry, which was partially amputated on December 13, 1970.
