David S. Zapp advised as follows:

He made available a letter, dated 12/6/78, signed by William N. Kunstler (Xerox attached). He also supplied his business card (Xerox attached).

He advised he was at John F. Kennedy International Airport to represent returning members of the People’s Temple at Mr. Kunstler’s request.

Mr. Zapp was advised that he would be advised when and if his services as an attorney were requested by those arriving from Guyana.

He advised that he (Zapp) had spoken on the telephone with Charles Gary [Garry] from San Francisco, California, who told him that those persons returning were aware that legal representation would be available to them upon their arrival.
