[Name deleted] was interviewed at [location deleted] and furnished the following information:
[Name deleted] shown a photograph of a black female and a black male. On the back of the photograph was the name Dawn. [Name deleted] this female was Dawn Godfrey (phonetic) [Gardfrey] also known as (aka) Dawn Mitchell.
[Name deleted] at the “white night” meetings held at Jonestown both Tim Jones and Jimmy Jones, Jr. were present and both were armed. [Name deleted] Jimmy and Tim verbally assaulted individuals at these “white night” meetings. [Name deleted] the members of the Security Force wore red shirts and dark slacks or skirts.
[Name deleted] in San Francisco, Joyce Parks was in charge of using what was called “The Blue Monster”. [Name deleted] the “Blue Monster” was primarily used on children and would administer an electronic shock to them.
