2. CONSUL HAD PERSONAL, PRIVATE CONTACT WITH MS. LOOMAN ON AUGUST 30. SHE INFORMED CONSUL THAT SHE HAD NO DESIRE TO RETURN HOME AT THIS TIME. SHE GAVE CONSUL PLANE TICKET AND LETTER TO FAMILY THAT EXPLAINS HER DECISION TO HER FAMILY AND DESCRIBING LIFE IN JONESTOWN. LETTER AND TICKET BEING MAILED TO PARENTS, MR. & MRS. C.R. LOOMAN, 1222 WOODLAND AVENUE, N.W., CANTON, OHIO.

3. CONSUL HAD ASKED MS. LOOMAN IF SHE WISHED TO LEAVE AND WHETHER SHE HAD BEEN PRESSURED INTO REMAINING. MS. LOOMAN REPLIED NEGATIVELY TO BOTH QUESTIONS AND CLAIMED ENTIRE SCENARIO WAS RESULT OF MISUNDERSTANDING BY FAMILY. CONSUL CONFIRMED IDENTITY OF MS. LOOMAN BY VIEWING HER PASSPORT AT TIME OF CONTACT. WHILE CONSUL CANNOT STATE THAT NO PRESSURE WAS BROUGHT AGAINST MS. LOOMAN TO REMAIN IN JONESTOWN HE HAS NO DOUBT THAT SHE
