1. Department has not rpt not yet informed [deleted name] contents reftel. Please advise probability of [Carnella Truss] being allowed to visit Jonestown if she traveled to Guyana.
2. Department notes that if [half line deleted related to Carnella Truss] were to obtain physical custody of child post would be authorized to issue passport to [Dana] on presentation of evidence of [word deleted] citizenship, required fee and photograph in the absence of local court order assigning custody of [Dana] to any other person. Alternatively should [Carnella Truss] name a representative in Guyana to act in her behalf such
