1. [Calvin Johnson] received anonymous call informing him that [his uncle] James Edwards, died three weeks ago of overwork and his wife, Irene, was shot and killed and about same time. Couple’s last known address was Peoples Temple, Georgetown.
2. Post requested attempt confirm deaths and send modified direct relay death notification telegram to [name and address: Calvin Johnson, 401 Ralston Street, San Francisco, California 94132].
