LISA LAYTON (JULY 14, 1915; GERMANY) DIED ON OCTOBER 30, 1978. EMBASSY WAS INFORMED AND TOLD THAT HER SON, LARRY LAYTON, WOULD NOTIFY RELATIVES. COMPLETION OF FS-192 WAS PENDING RECEIPT OF HER PASSPORT FROM TEMPLE. HER DEATH WAS NOT CONNECTED WITH RECENT EVENTS, BUT IT WOULD APPEAR THAT LARRY DID NOT NOTIFY MS. VALENTINE [Larry’s sister and Lisa’s daughter, Annalisa Valentine].
