DEPARTMENT SUGGESTS EMBASSY PROPOSE THAT GUYANESE OFFICIALS DEAL DIRECTLY WITH INDIGENOUS INDIANS IN JONESTOWN AREA AND OFFER APPROPRIATE REWARDS FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE RECOVERY OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF PEOPLES TEMPLE COLONY OR FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF LOST MEMBERS OF THE GROUP.
