The San Francisco office of the FBI advised that:

On late evening of November 25, 1978, Patricia Richartz, Assistant to Charles Garry, telephonically advised that she heard local news announcement from military personnel at Dover Air Force Base requesting friends, relatives, and doctors having photographs or medical records to assist in identification of deceased People’s Temple (PT) members to be forwarded to Dover Air Force Base. Richartz advised that it was PT’s policy to have all residents in Jonestown bring with them all available medical and dental records. She advised Jonestown maintained these records at Temple clinic in Jonestown.

She also advised one dentist, name unknown, in Jonestown handled all dental work for Jonestown residents.

State Department should be made aware of all above information and efforts made to obtain medical records from Jonestown and Georgetown, if available.
