Dr. Lawrence Layton, father of John Lawrence [Laurence John] Layton, asked if members of family would be allowed to visit Layton. Dr. Layton stated that Dr. John Moore, Lawrence Layton’s father-in-law, and Dr. Thomas N. Layton, Lawrence Layton’s brother, would be available to travel to Guyana to assist.
