1. AT 7:30A.M. (LOCAL), DECEMBER 10, MINISTER SHIRLEY FIELD-RIDLEY CALLED AMBASSADOR ON BEHALF OF HER HUSBAND, MINISTER HAMILTON GREEN WHO IS ILL WITH LARYNGITIS. SHE REFERRED TO THE CONVERSATION AMBASSADOR HAD HAD WITH GREEN MORNING OF DECEMBER 9 IN WHICH LATTER HAD GIVEN AUTHORIZATION FOR THE VISIT OF SECRETA SERVICE PERSONNEL TO GEROGETOWN FOR THE PURPOSE OF INTERVIEWING CERTAIN AMERICAN CITIZEN SURVIVORS OF THE JONESTOWN INCIDENT. FIELD-RIDLEY, SPEAKING FOR HER HUSBAND, SAID THAT FULL CABINET-LEVEL COMMITTEE (WHICH HAD BEEN FORMED AT PRIMIN’S DIRECTION TO DEAL WITH THE JONESTOWN AFFAIRS) WOULD HAVE TO REVIEW THE REQUEST. ACCORDINGLY, SECRET SERVICE PERSONNEL SHOULD NOT RPT NOT TRAVEL TO GEORGETOWN UNTIL SUCH A REVIEW HAD BEEN COMPLETED.
