YOU ARE COMMANDED that you have before Mr. Justice Bishop in Chambers in the High Court of the Supreme Court of Judicature, Georgetown, on the day and at the time specified in the Order of Court served with this Writ, the body of John Victor Stoen, being taken and detained under your custody as is said, together with the day and because of his being taken and detained, by whatsoever name he may be called therein, that a Judge may then and there examine and determined whether such cause is legal, and have there then this Writ.
