REVOCATION OF PREVIOUS POWERS OF ATTORNEY AND AUTHORIZATION RE GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR CHILD JOHN VICTOR STOEN
I, Grace L. Stoen, hereby declare the following under penalty of perjury:
I am the natural mother of John Victor Stoen, born January 25, 1972. Pursuant to an Order Re Child Custody issued by the Superior Court of the State of California and in the City and County of San Francisco, I had exclusive custody of my minor son, John Victor Stoen.
I hereby revoke any and all previous powers of attorney or other authorizations granting custody of my minor son, John Victor Stoen to any third party, including but not limited to a power of attorney authorizing Joyce Touchette to act as guardian of my son.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
