Dear Gene;

Am really enjoying Guyana. The people here are so considerate and helpful. Am very impressed by the government leaders.

My son, John Victor, is with me and doing great. He can read, has developed his motor coordination tremendously, and is learning all kinds of interesting things about nature. Tom Grubbs and his other teachers are gifted theoretically and practicably. He is receiving lots of love and affection, and is happy as a lark.

Have been attending to various legal matters, which I will report on soon.

Regards to all.

Sincerely, Timothy Stoen
