The two parts of Section CC — labelled in the Guyana Index as “PT Member Cards” –– combine for 523 pages, all of them copies of index cards with names of Jonestown residents.

The citation for these documents should open with the FBI’s official designation of these records, which is “RYMUR 89-4286.” As differentiated from other PDFs in this collection, however, it is each individual index card in these records which has a unique number. The name of Nena Herring, for example, appears on a card marked “CC-412”, which appears on page 15 of CC-PART 2. The complete citation for that card, then, would be “RYMUR 89-4286-CC-412”.
