Editor’s note: Serial 720 consists of several duplicates of serials found elsewhere.
The first 18 pages represent a virtual duplicate of Serial 786, the text of which may be found here. The differences are:
- The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
- The duplicate begins the text with a handwritten note: “By 12-1-78 tel DL [Dallas] advised:”
- The duplicate alternately releases and withhold an additional half dozen words from the already-heavily redacted original.
Pages 19 and 20 represent a duplicate of Serial 702, the text of which may be found here.
Pages 21 and 22 represent a duplicate of a serial related to HAM radio contact. For the most part, these contacts reported little more than the dates and summaries of the conversations, all of which were before November 18 and most of which had no bearing on the events of that day. Because of that, these serials have not been transcribed.
Pages 23 though 27 represent a duplicate of Serial 722 (the text of which may be found here), which itself is a duplicate of Serial 1063 (the text of which may be found here).
