On December 26, 1978, [name and address deleted], Anna Maria, Fla., telephone number [deleted], telephonically contacted the Sarasota, Fla., RA [Resident Agency] and advised that she had been listening to her radio during the early morning hours recently and tuned into a radio station from Los Angeles, California, identified as station XPG, which is between 1000-1100 on the AM dial. She had heard several commercials between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM over the station, soliciting listeners to send $2.00 to Father Jones. In addition Jones will send a packet of material to “cure all your troubles.” The commercials said

Father Jones is still alive and well, and that he is an “international prophet.” The commercial requested you to send your money to PO Box 43628, Los Angeles, California, 90043, or call 213-291-7803.
