Information developed in Georgetown, Guyana, that [name deleted] identical to referenced teletype, stationed in Guyana on assignment for the [word deleted], gathered extensive knowledge concerning PT activities. Confidential source further advised that Rose obtained file on the PT belonging to [name deleted] identified as high functionary in the opposition party (Communist). It is believed that [name deleted] never returned file to [name deleted].
