Investigation, San Francisco, determined Ricardo David Arterberry, Negro male American, DOB 1/15/68; Traytease Lanette Arterberry, Negro female, born 4/6/71; and Clarence Edward Moore, Negro male, DOB 12/23/73, listed as residents of Jonestown, Guyana. Above juveniles last known attending physician was [name and address deleted].
In telephonic contact, [name deleted] advised he has some medical records concerning above juveniles, however, he had no dental information. [Name deleted] advised he has general medical information to include detailed diagram of surgical scar for one of the juveniles. [Name deleted] advised he would make this information available to US pathologist on request.
The Identification Division is requested to contact Colonel Cowan, AFIP and furnish above information.
