This report confirms and supplements information furnished by telephone to Colonel William R. Cowan on April 9, 1979 regarding medical record information set forth in referenced FBI communication concerning Ricardo David Arterberry, Traytease Lanette Arterberry, and Clarence Edward Moore.
Referenced communication advised that Doctor [name and address deleted], San Francisco, California, 94118, telephone number [deleted], has some medical records concerning Ricardo David Arterberry, Negro male American, born January 15, 1968, Traytease Lanette Arterberry, Negro female, born April 6, 1971, and Clarence Edward Moore, Negro male, born December 23, 1973, however, he had no dental information. Doctor [name deleted] advised he has general medical information to include details of surgical scar for one of the juveniles, and he would make this information available to U.S. Pathologist on request.
