3. Autopsy report on remains of Carolyn Layton Moore;
4. All records used in the identification of Carolyn Layton Moore;
5. Receipt signifying copies of autopsy reports have been furnished to Fielding McGehee.

On 5/9/79, the above documents were given to the Reverend John V Moore.
