Enclosed for San Francisco under separate cover by registered mail are 10 video tape cassettes which represent film footage of the incident in Guyana obtained from NBC news.
These tapes, which were furnished to FBIHQ from your office, were shown to staff investigators of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, on 5/22-24/79.
