1. Official Guyanese service apologetically informed Embassy that Peoples Temple member Paula Adams departed Guyana April 11, 1979, for U.S. via Barbados (probably via BA [British Airway] 254). Adams listed final destination as 260 Luce Avenue, San Francisco, CA.
2. Embassy presumes interested U.S. law enforcement agencies have requested INS to place names to Temple members who have not yet returned to U.S. in INS loot [look]-out book.
