Enclosed with this communication for US Embassy’s index of documents xeroxed and retained by San Francisco. Eleven crates will be sent under separate cover via New York on GBL to forward to DCM, American Embassy, Georgetown.

For information of Legat and US Embassy, Georgetown, San Francisco received 15 crates of evidence on 1/20/79. Nine of the enclosed crates contain original documents furnished to San Francisco which were determined by FBI and USA’s Office, San Francisco, to be of no evidentiary value. Original 15 crates have been consolidated into 11 crates. These 11 crates represent completion of all documents furnished to FBI from Jonestown with the exception of one small crate currently in possession of HEW, San Francisco. This small crate contains Social Security information and is being reviewed by Social Security and will be returned to Guyana at completion of Social Security’s review.

Bureau is being furnished, under separate cover letter, two copies of all evidence and two copies of index.

Eleven crates of evidence and index are being furnished to US Embassy, attention DCM Richard Dwyer, for dissemination to GOG [Government of Guyana].
