Serial 2271

Editor’s note: Serial 2271 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2270, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• A new line of introductory text is added, reading “By TT [teletype] dated 8/13/79, FBI, SF, furnished the following information:”
• The first line of the last paragraph is deleted, and a new line substituted reading: “Legal Attache Bogota is requested to”
