Serial 2329

Editor’s note: Serial 2329 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2328, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a new opening line: “By teletype dated 10/24/79, Legat Bogota advised that:”; and
• The duplicate strikes the final line of the serial.
