Serial 2358

Editor’s note: Serial 2358 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2354, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a new opening line: “By teletype 11/14/79, FBI San Francisco furnished the following:”; and
• The duplicate changes the last paragraph to read: “State Department requested to relay to American Embassy, Georgetown, Guyana.”
