Serial 2363

Editor’s note: Serial 2363 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2361, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a new opening line: “Unknown subject; assassination of Congressman Leo J. Ryan; November 18, 1978; Congressional Assassination Statute”; and
• The duplicate deletes the last line of the serial.
